Ms. Catherine Kinney

President

New York Stock Exchange

Eleven Wall Street

New York, N Y 10005

Dear Ms. Kinney:

I am the individual who was portrayed in the Business Week, 26 April 1999 issue, cover story, Scandal On Wall Street, which exposed criminal activity at the American Stock Exchange, as a whistle-blower.  (A copy of the article is enclosed.)  This article merely scratched the surface of criminal activity at the AMEX.

I am also the individual who was responsible for the resignation of William Johnston as President of the NYSE.  I provided the attorneys with the information that Johnston had traded illegally stocks in which he was the specialist for his illegal personal account at Spear Leeds and Kellogg  and that Johnston had at least one NYSE floor broker, I believe it to be John Ruane, who had traded illegally for an illegal trading account which Johnston maintained at Spear Leeds and Kellogg.

I have enclosed for your perusal copies of three missives outlining criminal activity, including serial rape, narcotics smuggling, money laundering, solicitation of murder, involvement with the Russian mob, etc. as well as illegal trading, front running, tax fraud, etc. which have been perpetrated by members of the AMEX.

The first missive was sent to Robert Morse, of Salomon Smith Barney, dated 8 March 2002, certified mail  7000 0520 0020 5496 1182.

The second missive was sent to Janet Reno, dated 15 April 1999, registered mail.

The third missive was sent to the Honorable Richard Casey, dated 9 December 2001, certified mail  7099 3400 0005 1955 6685.

All three missives describe criminal activity at the American Stock Exchange.

If the NYSE purchases the AMEX all legal liability shall follow.

And this I promise:  Every crime at the AMEX shall become public knowledge.
