ARTHUR LEVITT USED HIS INFLUENCE TO COVER UP THE MURDERS OF AL CHALEM AND MAIER LEHMANN

January 15, 2013

Arthur Levitt, then Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, used his influence to cover up the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann because it would lead to the disclosure that members of the American Stock Exchange, including Joel Lovett, the former Vice Chairman and Evan Lovett, his son, had invested in the stock frauds of Maier Lehmann and Al Chalem.

Guy Velardi, a seat owner at the American Stock Exchange, also told me that Warren Sulmasy, the CEO of Harbor Securities, had permitted Al Chalem and his Russian friends to take over Harbor Securities.  Evan Lovett also boasted of this to me.

In addition to a series of rapes, which had been perpetrated by Robert Van Caneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, Levitt has now covered up murder and the theft of $4 million.

Arthur Levitt may not invite Warren Sulmasy to the Harmonie Club for dinner, but he prevented a federal investigation into the finances of Harbor Securities.
