THOMAS WORNOM, BUREAU CHIEF IN THE OFFICE OF THE MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY, PROTECTED THE ITALIAN MAFIA AND CARL ICAHN

As I have written previously Thomas Wornom, Bureau Chief in the Office of the Manhattan District Attorney, interfered with a federal investigation into money laundering, narcotics smuggling, a stock fraud (PNF) which was perpetrated by the Italian Mafia, because Arthur Levitt, then Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Robert Morgenthau, Manhattan District Attorney, wished to protect several members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange (NYSE-MKT) including Robert Van Caneghan, a confessed serial rapist, money launderer who was involved with the Italian Mafia; Louis Miceli, a money launderer, drug smuggler, drug smuggler and participant in an Italian Mafia stock fraud; Edwin Crooks, money launderer and narcotics smuggler; and Joel Lovett, who permitted his son, Evan Lovett, to trade illegally for the account of Eugene Neale at Harbor Securities and who permitted the Russian Mob takeover of Harbor Securities.

But Wornom with the encouragement of Levitt and Morgenthau also gave permission for the Italian Mafia to retain Alan Unbria, an associate member of the Italian Mafia and Carl Icahn’s representative on the floor of the American Stock Exchange (NYSE-MKT).

In the presence of his minion and camp follower, Detective Frank Favilla, who boasted to me that the Italian Mafia could kill me and the Manhattan District Attorney would not investigate my murder, told me that if I were to respond to Umbria’s threats to have me murdered, he (Wornom) would have me arrested.

So here we have a corrupt Manhattan District Attorney protecting the Italian Mafia. Is it any wonder that the Italian Mafia is so powerful?
