STEPHEN L LISTER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE, TOOK MONEY FROM THE ITALIAN MAFIA

January 29, 2014

STEPHEN L LISTER, FORMER EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE, PHILIP AXELROD, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE, RATTED YOU OUT

Stephen L Lister accepted payoffs from the Italian Mafia in the person of Al Avasso.  Lister covered up the involvement of Louis Miceli and Robert Van Caneghan, both members of the Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange, in the Mafia Stock fraud, PNF.

Lister covered up the insider trading of Edwin Crooks in the XMI.  Crooks was provided the information by his cousin at Morgan Stanley.

Lister covered up the rape of young women by Robert VanCaneghan at the American Stock Exchange.

But it was Philip Axelrod, Lister’s subordinate, who ratted out Lister to the press.  Axelrod wanted Lister’s job.

Lister was never charged for accepting payoffs.  Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, covered that up.
