THE INTENTIONAL INSOLVENCY OF WBAI BY THE STEPHEN M BROWN GROUP AND THE INTENTIONAL VIOLENCE OF STEPHEN M BROWN’S DELUDED ACOLYTES
PART II

Stephen M Brown, former Pornography Entrepreneur, decided that WBAI was anti-Semitic and with the assistance of such stooges as Mitchel Cohen, Jim Dingeman, Alex Steinberg, Janet Coleman, Carolyn Birden, and R Paul Martin, and others decided to put WBAI out of business.

According to Jim Dingeman and Mitchel Cohen it was relatively easy for Steve Brown to take control of the WBAI Local Station Board. Bernard White had alienated many individuals at WBAI- including Indra Hardat, the WBAI Business Manager, who advocated financial stability. Brown utilized his mail order business to take over WBAI by sending out mail to all WBAI supporters who had contributed to WBAI. Because Brown owned a direct mail business, Brown, or his direct mail business, effectively paid only the direct cost of the mailings. In other words only the postage. Now, if Brown had not reimbursed his company for the full cost of the mailing or if Brown’s company had born the cost of the direct mail campaign, Brown had violated federal law. This is sufficient to remove Brown from the WBAI Local Station Board and to be permanently banned from any activity at WBAI. Note: I do not know why Dan Siegel has not sued to have Steve Brown removed from the WBAI LSB, but perhaps as bright as Siegel is, Siegel never thought pursue this legal action.

The total cost to Brown (postage cost, Dingeman said) was $30,000. The figure of $30,000 is important. Why? Because $30,000 is the same amount that Brown and his aforementioned devotees (Mitchel Cohen, Jim Dingeman, Alex Steinberg, Janet Coleman, Carolyn Birden, R Paul Martin, and Berthold Reimers, General Manager of WBAI) stated that Steve Brown had loaned to WBAI to hire Andrea Katz, a personal friend of Steve Brown. But Jim Dingeman explained to me that there was no loan- something that I had deduced quite some time ago. According to Dingeman (always remember that Dingeman has termed himself to be a killer), there was no $30,000 loan; the $30,000 was the cost to Brown (or Brown’s direct mail company) of taking over the WBAI Local Station Board.

So we have members of the WBAI Local Station Board (at a minimum, Mitchel Cohen, Jim Dingeman, Alex Steinberg, Janet Coleman, Carolyn Birden, R Paul Martin) and Berthold Reimers, General Manager of WBAI, guilty of fraud. Why? The aforementioned individuals stated that Andrea Katz was hired because Steve Brown had loaned $30,000 to WBAI so that Andrea Katz could be hired as Development Director and the aforementioned individuals knew this statement to be false: There was no loan. So each of these individuals could be removed because they presented false financial information to the WBAI public. But where is Dan Siegel on this? He has not urged action because he did not think of this.

Three individuals could be removed, and could be banned from activity with any IRC 501 (c) (3) for this deception. Those individuals are Mitchel Cohen, Berthold Reimers, and R Paul Martin because these individuals publicly told the members of the WBAI Local Station Board and the WBAI Finance Committee that the loan had been made by Brown to WBAI and that the loan had been repaid- when in fact there had been no loan. Note: Jim Dingeman told me that there was no loan and that the $30,000 was the Steve Brown’s cost, which he incurred to take over the WBAI LSB. Note: Dan Siegel take notice. This is your opportunity to clean house at Pacifica and WBAI.

But even if Steve Brown had loaned $30,000 to WBAI, Brown could be removed from the WBAI Local Station Board. Why? Because as a result of his $30,000 to WBAI, Brown had received a benefit from WBAI. The benefit was the hiring of Andrea Katz. It is established Not For Profit Law that the benefit does not have to accrue to the individual, who made the loan. It is sufficient that the benefit accrue to a friend of the individual, who made the loan.

So why has Pacifica not sued to remove Steve Brown from the WBAI Local Station Board? I do not know. Ask Dan Siegel, who could easily sue to remove Steve Brown and rid WBAI of this deformed Pornography Entrepreneur.
