RALPH FOGEL, FORMERLY OF SPEAR LEEDS AND KELLOGG AND CURRENTLY OF FOGEL NEALE, SEEKS TO INITIATE TRADING OF COCAINE FUTURES AND OPTIONS

Ralph Fogel, formerly a partner in Spear Leeds and Kellogg, seeks permission to trade futures and options on cocaine at the former site of the American Stock Exchange.  Fogel, who was sanctioned by the American Stock Exchange for fixing prices in options, is an expert in cocaine.  For many years Fogel snorted cocaine with his clerk, Judy.

Fogel has now determined that there is much money to be earned trading cocaine futures.  Initial trading is planned to be offered in the weight of 10 kilograms to allow small- time cocaine smugglers to hedge their smuggling.  Margin requirements are being studied by Arthur Levitt, former Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Mary Jo White, former Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission, both of whom permitted cocaine smuggling by Wall Street millionaires.  It is believed that Levitt and White are studying the use of bitcoin to disguise the individuals and countries, who trade cocaine futures.

Unfortunately, big time cocaine abusing firms, such as LaBranche Securities, went out of business.  Individual cocaine smugglers, such as Louis Miceli, member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, are dead from snorting too much cocaine- or as in the instance of Edwin Crook, member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and Senior Vice President of Goldman Sachs, committed suicide.  Other cocaine smugglers, such as Robert Van Caneghan, member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, are retired.

But Ralph “Snort” Fogel believes that the time has arrived for cocaine smuggling to be hedged on an over the counter.  After all, “Snort” Fogel knows that cocaine abusers spend enormous amounts of money on their cocaine habits.

Go to it Snort Fogel.
