IS NEANDA SALVATERRA OF THE WALL STREET JOURNAL AN AGENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF ANGOLA

The Wall Street Journal has unusual hiring requirements.  Neanda Salvaterra was involved in circulation fraud while at The Black Star News.  But that did not deter The Wall Street Journal from advancing her to a position as a reporter.

Neanda Salvaterra was involved in immigration fraud when she agreed to a fraudulent marriage to Milton Allimadi.

In 2010 and 2011 Neanda Salvaterra was employed by the Mission of Angola to the United Nations.  Salvaterra was paid in cash.

Currently Neanda Salvaterra writes about oil prices for The Wall Street Journal- even though Salvaterra has no knowledge of the oil industry- except what she learned from her stint writing for the Angolan government.

Like The Wall Street Journal, Neanda Salvaterra did not care about the rape of black women on Wall Street.
